Santa Fe Adventure with Meditate Santa Fe
October 10th - 13th, 2019

The group will gather at Meditate Santa Fe for a special workshop with Turīya on Thursday evening at 7pm. She will offer empowerment and instruction in Elemental Pyramid Meditation, a powerful intermediate technique for those ready to open all of their chakras and experience a deeper level of Being. Participants must be able to sit for a minimum of 30 minutes per meditation session.
On Friday and Saturday, our guides from Meditate Santa Fe will bring us on easy hikes to a few of their favorite power spots where we’ll enjoy the silence of meditation. We’ll gather for group meals at local restaurants to share our moments of powers. If time and flight schedules permit, we’ll meet for a morning meditation at Meditate Santa Fe Sunday morning to close the retreat.

Come learn the twin practices of meditation and mindfulness for those who wish to Awaken and free themselves of suffering. Dharma Center is a place where self-discovery is a spiritual practice for beginners to advanced practitioners that want to learn more about Buddhism where discovering our divine nature and becoming the highest, most authentic expression of Light possible is the dharma. Experience the Stillness of Eternity during one's sitting practice through meditation music played by the band Zazen. Zazen is a group of musicians who worked closely and collaborated with an Enlightened teacher, Rama - Dr. Frederick Lenz to help the listener feel the beauty and ecstasy of Light when one sits to meditate. Through seated meditation with an Enlightened Teacher Rama - Dr. Frederick Lenz one learns spiritual balance, happiness, and dharma for a dose of modern Buddhism that one can use in their lives today.

The Art of Sitting in Stillness
When we cultivate the time to sit in Stillness we center our Hearts and reconnected with our Body and Mind in the Present. In our meditation workshop we will address body, heart, mind practices that addresses work-life balance and helps one find ways to develop greater strength, refinement, and freedom in the cultivation of one’s serenity. Our monthly meditation workshops are designed to give you the experiential platform to ask questions and receive personalized techniques and practices to use amidst one’s relational and situational world.
